Manage the Process

Once the contracts have been signed and the project is under way, we will manage the project areas that we have agreed are in our scope of supply. The areas include:

  • Purchasing, where required
  • Supervision of subcontractors and production partners
  • Reviewing and Corrective action
  • Liaising with you to ensure that the areas that are in your scope of supply are progressing as required and offer to assist if you are having difficulty.
